Yes. Our natural flavors come from plants, fruits, and spices. No artificial ingredients, no mystery additives, and non-GMO. We personally source our natural flavors directly and hold our suppliers to the highest standards.

We never include sunflower oil in our products. However, sunflower lecithin is completely different & offers numerous health benefits, including its low omega-6 content, choline richness, and antioxidant properties. It also acts as a natural emulsifier to help with the oil separation as we refuse to use hydrogenated oils or soy. Understand that sunflower lecithin can get lumped together with sunflower oil, but sunflower lecithin is actually completely different and sourced differently. Sunflower lecithin is actually a great source of phosphatidylcholine, which is actually really good at lowering LDL cholesterol (a strong bio marker for longevity) and great for breastfeeding moms to help support milk flow.

Sunflower lecithins also help naturally preserve the nature of our products longer so that a) we don’t have to rely on preservatives for shelf life stability and b) you can get the most nutrients out of our products

All protein brownie flavors contain almonds. The peanut butter chocolate protein brownie flavor contains peanuts. All cashew butters contain cashews and coconut. Both protein brownies and cashew butters are produced in a facility that also processes eggs, milk, peanuts, soy, wheat, and other tree nuts. Our protein brownies are usually diabetic-friendly because there’s no added sugars and are naturally sweetened with low glycemic dates. With a balance of 10-11g protein and 10-12g fiber, they help promote steady energy and support blood sugar stability. Of course please check with  your doctor, but we have lots of positive reviews from diabetics watching their sugar intake and love our products!

Yes. All flavors include tree nuts (almond and cashew). They’re otherwise gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free, but made in a facility that may process other allergens.

The protein brownies are already baked, so no extra baking is needed. But feel free to warm them up to make them extra gooey. You can incorporate the protein brownies and cashew butters into any recipe you like - most of our customers pair them with yogurt, fruit, or oatmeal.

They are perfect at room temperature, between 60-75 degrees. No refrigeration is necessary, but if you want to thicken them up - you can put them in the fridge.

If you notice too much thickness or oil separation, we recommend using a butter knife, whisk, or kitchen-aid mixer to re-integrate the coconut oil as we don't use hydrogenated palm oil.

No refrigeration necessary. Our brownies and cashew butters are shelf-stable and ready whenever and wherever you are. If you like your cashew butter thicker like a frosting, you can pop them in the fridge!
