What you’ll need:
- 1 baked, chilled Japanese white sweet potato (trust us on this)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4-1/3 cup Elavi’s Blue Vanilla Frosting Cashew Butter
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
What to do:
- Pop everything into a food processor and blend until smooth and fluffy.
