If you have placed an order accidentally or need to make an adjustment to your order, please email us right away to support@elavi.co and we will try to adjust to your needs.

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to make adjustments or offer a refund or exchange of product.

In order to maintain the integrity of our product and ensure the health and safety of our customers we do not re-use or resell anything once it has been shipped — due to this practice, we are not able to accept returns.

If your order was damaged in-transit or if you've received the wrong order, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing support@elavi.co with your name and order number so we can help.
