Elavi Blueberry Cold Brew with Blue Foam

It's the perfect refreshing and colorful twist on your morning coffee. This Blueberry Cold Brew with Blue Foam is not only stunning to look at, but it’s also packed with antioxidants from blueberries and nutrient-rich superfoods from Elavi Blue Vanilla Frosting Cashew Butter. It’s creamy, subtly sweet, and the perfect balance of tart and smooth — think blueberry latte meets cloud-like cold foam.

What You Need:
For the Blueberry Syrup:
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries (we suggest wild blueberries)
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ to ½ cup maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
For the Cold Foam:
  • Milk of choice (almond, oat, or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon Elavi Blue Vanilla Frosting Cashew Butter
For the Cold Brew:
  • Cold brew coffee or iced coffee
What To Do:
1. Make the Blueberry Syrup:
  • In a small pot, combine the blueberries, water, and maple syrup.
  • Simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, until the blueberries soften and the mixture thickens.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  • Strain the syrup into a bottle or jar and let it cool. (Store in the fridge for up to a month!)
2. Make the Blue Foam:
  • Add your milk of choice and a tablespoon of Elavi Blue Vanilla Frosting Cashew Butter into a frother.
  • Froth until creamy and light blue.
3. Put it Together:
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in your cold brew.
  • Add 1–2 tablespoons of blueberry syrup (adjust to taste).
  • Top with the blue foam and give it a gentle stir.
