Craving a healthy treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth? These easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs are giving Reese’s a run for their money with only 5 ingredients and a serious glow-up thanks to our Elavi Cashew Butter drizzle. They’re gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and so much fun to make with your kiddos or friends!
What you need:
• 1 cup of peanut butter
• 3/4 of almond flour
• 3 tbsp of date syrup
• Chocolate chips for melting
• Elavi Cashew Butter to decorate (we used all three)
What to do:
• Combine flour, maple syrup and peanut butter until you have a dough like consistency
• Pop in the fridge for 10 minutes to help firm up
• Meanwhile melt your chocolate chips in the microwave for 10 second intervals
• Line a sheet with parchment paper
• Roll dough into “egg shape”
• Dunk in melted chocolate
• Drizzle Elavi Cashew Butter on top (duh!)
• Freeze for 30 mins and enjoy!
Store in your fridge for up to 7 days & share with a friend who needs a sweet, healthy treat!
