Ingredients:
- Pitted Medjool dates
- Vanilla yogurt (you can use non-dairy too!)
- ELAVI Chocolate Fudge Superfood Cashew Butter
- ELAVI Blue Vanilla Frosting Superfood Cashew Butter
- Cocoa nibs
Directions:
- Fill up your dates with ELAVIchocolate fudge cashew butter
- Coat dates with yogurt
- Lay coated dates on parchment paper and freeze for one hour
- Drizzle ELAVI blue cashew butter on top (be generous)
- Add cocoa nibs on top
Store these in the freezer to have a sweet treat on hand!
