These ooey, gooey, chocolatey (ok we’ll stop now) gluten free & vegan cookies are guaranteed to make your next girls night in a huge success!
Ingredients:
- Store bought or homemade gluten free chocolate cookie dough
- Vegan mini marshmallows
- Peppermint flakes
- ELAVI Chocolate Fudge Superfood Cashew Butter
Directions:
- Flatten out chocolate cookie dough into a disc shape on parchment paper
- Put mini vegan marshmallows on top
- Add more cookie dough on top and form a packed round shape with the dough
- Sprinkle with peppermint flakes
- Bake at 350 for 18 minutes
- Drizzle ELAVI Chocolate Fudge Superfood Cashew Butter on top
- Pull apart, dunk into hot cocoa or milk and enjoy!
