If you have 30 seconds and a few simple ingredients, you've got yourself a super easy, high protein, berry yogurt bark that's perfect for bringing to summer celebrations or keeping in your freezer as a quick energy-boosting snack! Here's how to make our viral red & blue berry yogurt bark:
What you'll need:
- Vanilla yogurt (we used dairy free), but you can use Greek yogurt too!
- Blueberries
- Raspberries (or strawberries)
- Coconut Flakes
- Elavi Blue Vanilla Frosting Cashew Butter
What to do:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread yogurt out to desired shape
- Drizzle Blue Vanilla Cashew Butter on top & swirl
- Top with berries & coconut flakes
- Store in the freezer for 2 hours & enjoy!
