What is Elavi?
Elavi is an LA-based, gut-friendly snack brand delivering low sugar, vegan dessert spreads (rivaling the most popular chocolate spread for being 10x less sugar, void of palm oil, and plant-based) that come in an array of fun colors naturally from superfoods. Kid-friendly, diabetic-friendly, PCOS-friendly, and woman of color owned.
How do I eat your dessert cashew butters?
Enjoy them on toast, fruit, yogurt, rice cakes, oatmeal, bagels, on smoothie bowls, pancakes, waffles, or your favorite dessert!
They're a great way to add healthy fats, plant protein, and superfoods to anything.
Our founders typically scoop them straight out of the jar with a spoon as a healthy sweet treat :P
Is this vegan, gluten free, and soy free?
Yes! Our products are all vegan, plant-based, gluten free and soy free.
How should I store them?
They are perfect at room temperature, between 60-75 degrees. No refrigeration is necessary, but if you want to thicken them up - you can put them in the fridge.
If you notice too much thickness or oil separation, applying heat (transporting them into a microwave safe bowl or putting them in a hot water bath) will help with easier stirring to re-integrate the superfoods back into the cashew butter and create a more "drizzly" texture.
Are your products diabetic friendly?
Our dessert cashew butters are just 2-3g of sugar making them a delicious, low sugar treat! We proudly sweeten our products with dates & monk fruit, meaning there are NO added sugars and NO refined sugars in our products.
Our chocolate fudge flavor has <1g added sugar from the coconut sugar from the dark chocolate, but it is low glycemic and a very small amount.
We have many diabetic customers who enjoy our products, but we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before adding anything you are not sure about into your diet.
Is this safe for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding?
All of our ingredients are natural and safe for expecting and new moms, but we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before adding anything you are not sure about into your diet.
Is this organic?
All of our ingredients are non-gmo, and we use organic ingredients whenever possible, but being 100% organic would be much less accessible and affordable to most consumers.
Our mission is to bring healthier options to the masses, and as we grow - our goal is to be able to sustainably create 100% organic products. BUT - it’s a step by step approach and with your help, we'll get there. Your support will allow us to grow to a scale where we can have the resources to make organic products at an accessible price point together, but it's a journey and together we'll improve the food system step by step.

What's behind the name Elavi?
Elavi is inspired by the word elevate - our mission is to provided elevated food products to fuel our consumers to feel their very best.
It's also a combination of the founder's last names - so literally a love child of ours :)
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days and packages can take 3-5 business days to arrive (outside of holidays or severe weather conditions).
Please note that carriers have been delaying transit even more lately and we often see carriers mark a package “delivered” 1-2 days before the package actually arrives.
What's your return policy?
If you have placed an order accidentally or need to make an adjustment to your order, please email us right away to support@elavi.co and we will try to adjust to your needs.
Unfortunately, once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to make adjustments or offer a refund or exchange of product.
In order to maintain the integrity of our product and ensure the health and safety of our customers we do not re-use or resell anything once it has been shipped — due to this practice, we are not able to accept returns.
