We met while teaching fitness classes and juggling demanding careers. Long days meant constant snacking, and nearly everything on the market left us bloated, crashing, or feeling worse than before.

Most “better-for-you” snacks were loaded with sugar, artificial ingredients, seed oils, or products we couldn’t trust. Others had great labels but tasted… like punishment.

So we created what we couldn’t find: delicious, protein & fiber-rich, low-sugar snacks made with real ingredients and zero compromises.
