Elavi protein brownies are made with no added sugars and are naturally sweetened with low-glycemic dates. They contain no syrups, refined sugars, or sugar alcohols. The sprinkles used in the Birthday Cake and Peanut Butter flavors contain <1g of sugar per serving, and only a very small amount is used.
Each protein brownie also contains 10–11g of protein and 10–12g of fiber, which can help support more stable blood sugar levels. Many customers with diabetes have shared their experiences monitoring blood glucose and enjoying Elavi products as part of their routine.
That said, every body and health profile is different, so it is always recommended to consult with a healthcare provider to determine what is best for individual needs.

The chocolate brownie bars are the BEST. The all natural ingredients, high protein and high fiber make them good, but the taste and lack of sugar substitutes make them a permanent part of my life. A clean healthy brownie

I enjoy it a lot overall and am willing to buy again, especially the texture which really resembles the real brownie! Also, O really like Elavi brownies’ clean ingredients (i.e. sweetened with dates, vegetable glycerin from flaxseed etc) and the balanced micros.
