Elavi | Peppermint Cocoa Protein Smoothie

Your new favorite smoothie has entered the chat. This peppermint cocoa smoothie is packed with protein to keep you energized and rich cocoa for a mood-lifting antioxidant boost.  A delicious and healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth this holiday season!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 dates
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or chocolate)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • scoop of Elavi Chocolate Fudge Cashew butter
  • 1 drop of peppermint extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Candy canes to crush/ peppermint bits for garnish
Make swirls in your glass and rim your glass with Elavi Chocolate Fudge Cashew butter and dip rim in crushed peppermint! Blend everything until smooth, pour into your glass, and top with crushed peppermint! Perfect as a post-workout snack or a festive afternoon pick-me-up.
