The perfect mix of citrus, fudge, and super simple to make! 

Ingredients: 

• 3 mandarins
• Chocolate for melting
• Coconut oil
• ELAVI Blue Vanilla Frosting Superfood Cashew Butter
• Flakey sea salt

Directions: 

• Peel mandarins
• Melt chocolate with some coconut oil
• Pour melted chocolate over them in a bowl and mix until covered
• Spread out onto parchment paper
• Drizzle ELAVI blue spirulina cashew butter on top
• Sprinkle sea salt on top
• Freeze for one hour
• Cut into squares and enjoy!
