Craving s'mores? Same. These are the easiest, tastiest, poppable s'mores to keep in your freezer for a quick treat! The best part? This kiddo-friendly snack is gluten free, protein packed and vegan!
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- Crushed up gluten-free graham crackers
- Dark chocolate for melting
- Elavi Marshmallow Cashew Butter
Directions:
- Slice bananas into coins (all the same thickness)
- Melt chocolate
- Place Elavi Marshmallow Cashew Butter on top on banana coin
- Place another banana coin on top
- Dip sandwich in melted chocolate
- Sprinkle crush graham crackers on top
- Freeze for one hour
