ELAVI | Vegan and Gluten Free Healthy Snickers Dupe

We’ve all heard of meal prepping, but have you heard of snack prepping? These are perfect to make in advance for a healthy, sweet snack that satisfies cravings without the added sugar.

Ingredients:

  • Pitted dates
  • 1 cup of melted chocolate (dairy free to make vegan)
  • ELAVI Blue Spirulina Vanilla Superfood Cashew Butter

Directions: 

  • Remove pit from dates
  • Drizzle ELAVI Blue Spirulina Vanilla Cashew Butter into the date
  • Cover in melted chocolate 
  • Put in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for maximum freshness
